- Guest who stay in Railay Suite beach front and Railay Suite Cottages room is inclusive of rounds trip transfer from / to Krabi International Airport (Not applicable on Green Season)

***Peak Season Policy: Guest must stay atleast 3 nights during the peak season.(No departue on 24.12.2008 & 31.12.2008 permitted.***

Compulsory Gala Dinner:
-Xmas Eve on 24.12.2008 is Baht 2,900 per adult & Baht 1,600 per child
-New Year Eve on 31.12.2008 is Baht 3,500 per adult & Baht 2,200 per child

**Cancellation, Amendment & No Show Policy**
-Any cancellation notice must be recieved in writing by email or fax.
*Cancellation or amendment shall be made 28 days before the arrival date for Peak season, 18 days for High Season & 7 days for Low season . The cancellation and administrative fee of 2 nights room charge will be levied for notifying within less than as days as mentioned.
***Deposit is nonrefundable for Peak Season***
